Which AI startups raised or launched this week, and which would want your audience?
Every morning it reads the week's AI funding rounds and launches, reads each article itself, keeps the young AI companies in your stages and regions, judges each one against what you offer brands, and drafts a first email to each that fits. Every reason to write today is quoted word for word from the article, with its date. You send from your own mail and mark it sent; the follow-up comes due four days later.
What it does
- Read your page once and write down what you offer and who it reaches.
- Read every feed and ask two answer engines who raised or launched in AI this week, then read each article itself.
- Drop what is older than 7 days, out of your stages or regions, or the same company twice.
- Judge each company against your offer, and draft a first email to each that fits, quoting the article.
What you get
- How many of the week's AI startups fit your audience, and their first emails.
- A reason to write today on every card, quoted word for word from the article and dated.
- Where every pitch stands: ready, waiting, follow-up due, replied.
What it needs
- One link to your media kit, newsletter or channel
- The week's AI rounds and launches: TechCrunch, Crunchbase News, EU-Startups, Product Hunt
- Two answer engines asked who raised or launched
Every morning at 07:00 by default, in your time zone.
Nothing is sent for you. You open each email in your own mail, or copy it, and mark it sent.
Who runs it
The queue lives on its own board, and the agent that runs it answers in your chat with it.
- Your chat with Rook: The board link, the morning read-out and anything you ask about a company go to one private chat between you and Rook.
- Drafts, never sends: Ask Rook to make a first email warmer or find a founder's address, and the card changes. Sending stays in your own mail.
What stays yours
- Your offer: Your media kit or newsletter, read once as a public page, so every company is judged against who you actually reach, and every email quotes only your own figures.
- Your queue to work: Mark a pitch sent and the follow-up date is set for four days later. Mark a reply and it leaves the queue. Tell Rook a company is not a fit and it judges the next ones better.
Questions
- How does it know a company fits me?
- It reads your page once and writes down who you reach. Each company is then judged on its own against that, from the article and its own homepage, and only the ones that clear the bar get a first email.
- Where do the companies come from?
- Public funding and launch feeds (TechCrunch, Crunchbase News, EU-Startups, Product Hunt) and two answer engines asked who raised or launched in the last 7 days. Every one is checked against the article itself.
- Does it send email for me?
- No. Each card opens the email in your own mail, or copies it, and you mark it sent. Rook cannot see your inbox, so you mark replies too.
