Last week's numbers from every channel, in one report you can share by Monday morning.
Every Monday it sets last week's social media report: impressions, clicks, engagement and followers from LinkedIn, X and any channel you export, against the week before and your target, with the posts that did the work. Every number is counted in code and traced to the row it came from, and Tally writes two short paragraphs on what worked and what to do next. Share the report with a link, or have Tally draft the email in your chat.
What it does
- Count every export and every read in code, against the week before.
- Find what moved and the posts that did the work.
- Write two short paragraphs, every number checked against the readings.
What you get
- Last week's report, set every Monday before you open it.
- Every number traced to the row it came from.
- A share link, or an email Tally drafts in your chat.
What it needs
- LinkedIn and X, read by Tally in your chat
- Exports from any other channel
- Whose report, and a weekly target
A new report every Monday at 08:00, in your time zone.
Nothing is shared or emailed until you choose.
Who runs it
Tally works in one private chat with you, because reading your own LinkedIn and X only happens in a chat you are in.
- One chat, one report: LinkedIn and X come in through the chat each Monday, the report link goes there, and the email is drafted there.
- Read-only, and only yours: Tally asks to read your post analytics and follower counts. It never posts, and the app never holds your connection.
What stays yours
- Any channel, from its export: Drop a CSV from Instagram, YouTube Studio, TikTok or anywhere else. Each file shape is mapped once, and every number after that is counted in code.
- Never a guessed number: Where a source does not give a reading, such as clicks on LinkedIn, the report says not read rather than estimating one.
Questions
- Do I need to link LinkedIn and X?
- No. Drop an export from any channel and the first report is set in seconds. LinkedIn and X join when you allow Tally to read them in your chat.
- Can I report on a client's accounts?
- Yes, from their exports. A client's own LinkedIn or X can only be linked by them, so per-client exports are the way an agency reports.
- Who writes the summary?
- Tally writes two short paragraphs, labelled AI. Every number in them is checked against the readings before it reaches the report, and every reading is counted in code.
The Monday report you used to write on Friday afternoon, already done.
Install it, drop two exports, and your first report is set while you watch.
