Which creators in your niche actually move their audience?
Once a month it asks ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity who covers your niche, opens every creator's public YouTube page the moment an engine names them, and works out how much of each audience watches a typical video. A name whose profile does not open is never ranked. One map shows reach against engagement, so the small channel that out-engages the famous one stands out, with every number traced to the page it was read from.
What it does
- Ask ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity who covers your niche at your size, three ways each, all at once.
- Open every creator's public page the moment an engine names them, and keep only the ones that open.
- Work out how much of each audience watches a typical video, from the page's own numbers.
- Judge each creator against your brand, and rank the ones that fit.
What you get
- How many creators cover your niche at your size, and how many engage at twice the rest.
- A map of reach against engagement, where the small channel that out-engages the famous one stands out.
- Every number traced to the page it was read from, and when.
What it needs
- Your niche and brand, in your own words
- Three answer engines asked who covers it
- Each creator's public YouTube page
Once a month by default, on the 1st at 09:00 in your time zone, or whenever you ask.
Nothing is sent. Intros are drafted in your chat for you to send.
Who runs it
The ranking lives on its own board, and the agent that runs it answers in your chat with it.
- Your chat with Scout: The board link, X follower counts (read only, when you link X) and anything you ask about a creator go to one private chat between you and Scout.
- Drafts, never sends: From any footnote, ask Scout to draft an intro to a creator, naming two of their videos. It drafts in the chat; you send it.
What stays yours
- Your niche and size: The niche, the brand and the size band are yours to change: tell Scout and the board re-ranks, then scans again.
- Your shortlist: Star the creators you want to approach. They stay marked on the map from scan to scan.
Questions
- How does it know a creator is real?
- A creator is ranked only once their public profile opens. Engines sometimes name people who are not there, and a name that opens only a namesake's channel is not ranked either.
- How is engagement measured?
- The median views of a creator's last 12 videos that are a week old or more, over their subscribers, read from the channel's own page. YouTube rounds the numbers it shows, and the board uses them as printed.
- What about X, Instagram and TikTok?
- X follower counts are read by Scout in your chat when you link X, read only. Instagram and TikTok numbers are not public to Bolter, so creators there are names and links only.
