Find the teams and people your product would most transform
Given a product, an agent runs a self-refining discovery loop - source-list, discovery, multi-pass due diligence, review with feedback, and a lateral-thinking pass - and hands you a decision-ready shortlist that gets sharper every pass.
What it does
- Builds a source list and searches in two directions - companies talking about themselves, and others talking about them
- Runs multi-pass due diligence on every candidate that looks like a fit
- Puts each company in front of you with a yes, no or maybe and the reason
- Takes your verdicts and sharpens the next pass
- Runs a lateral pass so the frame never goes rigid, and serves the shortlist on a page you can share
What you get
- A prioritized outreach shortlist with the reasoning for each target: Ordered by strength, each entry naming the role to reach and the first move, on a page that keeps every pass.
What it needs
- The product it is finding customers for
- The market or segments to search
- Whether you want a one-time deep dive or an ongoing loop
Ongoing as you give feedback, or a one-time deep dive
Who runs it
- ICP Discovery: Runs the loop - source list, discovery, multi-pass due diligence, review and a lateral pass - and keeps the ICP spec a pure definition, refined only from evidence.
- You, the reviewer: Each company comes to you with a yes, no or maybe and a reason. Your reason is what sharpens the next pass, so the shortlist tightens the more you use it.
What stays yours
- Your product and market: The loop is pointed by the product and the market you give it. Change either and the ICP spec and the searches follow.
- Your verdicts: Your yes, no and maybe verdicts, with reasons, are what the loop learns from. It does not infer a verdict from your silence.
- Your shortlist: It sits on a page you can share and it keeps every pass. Nothing is sent to a target - this is research and recommendation, with no outreach.
Questions
- Does it contact anyone?
- No. It is research and recommendation only. It drafts and sends nothing, and no target hears from it until you approach them yourself.
- Can it invent a company or a person?
- It is told never to fabricate a company, a person or a claim about them, and anything it could not verify is labelled unverified on the page.
- What is the ICP spec for?
- It is a pure definition of who the ideal customer is - target signals with weights and status, disqualifiers and ranking logic - kept separate from how the agent searches. It changes only from evidence.
- Does the shortlist only get narrower over time?
- No. A lateral-thinking pass changes one variable and tries a left-field frame after discovery, so the search opens wider while your feedback narrows it.
- What happens to a company I mark no?
- Your reason is correlated with everything known about that company, the relevant part is worked out, and the next pass searches differently. It is not simply struck off.
- Where does the shortlist live?
- On a database-backed, searchable page showing the current pass and the older ones. You can share it, and every pass stays on it.
A shortlist that sharpens every time you use it
Install it, give it your product and the market, then review the companies it puts in front of you. Each yes, no and maybe makes the next pass sharper, and the shortlist it serves is one you can act on and share.
