Know what your customers hit before they tell you.
The desk reads what your customers hit from your analytics source, folds it into a ranked list of what went wrong, has a person decide what to do about each finding, and checks the fix held. Every finding traces back to a session it read, so nothing on the board is invented.
What it does
- Read what your customers hit, and the recordings that show it.
- Fold the raw signals into one ranked list of what went wrong.
- You decide what to fix, and the desk checks the fix held.
What you get
- A red list of what is costing you the most, ranked.
- Every finding traced back to the sessions behind it.
- Every recording scored and written up, with a link to the second it went wrong.
- A shipped fix re-checked, and flagged if it comes back.
What it needs
- The product you want watched
- Where it lives
Every hour by default. You open the red list, and the review, when you want them.
You decide what to act on and whether a fix held. It never marks something shipped on your behalf.
Who runs it
Support, engineering and whoever owns the experience read the same ranked list. A finding someone is acting on says so, and the sessions behind it are one click away.
- Support and engineering see the same rank: Support stops guessing whether a ticket is widespread: the finding says how many sessions hit it. Engineering stops scrubbing replays to find out what broke.
- A person decides, twice: Whether to act on a finding, and whether a shipped fix held. Both are human gates. The desk never marks something shipped because it looks quiet.
- A fix that comes back is flagged: Shipped findings are re-checked on every sweep. One that returns is marked regressed rather than quietly reopening at the bottom of the list.
What stays yours
- It reads only what you connect: PostHog or LogRocket, through a credential grant you approve. With nothing connected the board says so in one line and stops. It never searches for problems on its own.
- Every finding names its sessions: A finding is a fold over raw signals the desk actually read, and the sessions behind it are linked. Nothing on the board is a guess about what your customers hit.
- The record stays in your workspace: Sources, sweeps, signals, findings and every decision live in the desk's own store, so you can ask what was broken in March and get an answer.
Questions
- What do I need to connect?
- PostHog or LogRocket. Until one is connected the board reports no source and does nothing else. It never invents a finding to fill the page.
- What counts as a signal?
- An error, a failed request, a rage click, a dead click or an abandoned flow, read from your source over the sweep's window. The folding into findings happens in code, not in a summary.
- How is the red list ranked?
- By what a finding is costing you: how many sessions hit it, and what they were trying to do when they did. You decide what to act on; the order is a starting point.
- Does it mark a fix as done by itself?
- No. A finding is only ever shipped because a person said so, and held only after a later sweep found it gone. Both are decisions you make on the board.
- How often does it sweep?
- Hourly by default, and immediately when a source is connected. Change the cadence at install; the app's own clock picks it up.
- What is a regression here?
- A finding you marked shipped that a later sweep sees again. It comes back onto the board labelled regressed rather than appearing as a new problem.

Install it, connect PostHog or LogRocket, and the first sweep starts the moment the source lands.
