LinkedIn connector

LinkedIn is personal only. You link your own account; an agent can confirm your identity, report your analytics, post as you, and post to company pages you approve.

A LinkedIn account is a person's, never a workspace's, so LinkedIn is personal only: there is no workspace connection, and any member can link their own account in any workspace.

Linking

Link your own LinkedIn from the Integrations tab or from a link card an agent offers in chat (see How account linking flows work). The link stays private to you: only your own private agents can be granted it, with your approval, in a one to one chat.

What an agent can do with it

The surface is deliberately small, because LinkedIn's API only opens most features to approved partners:

• Identity confirmation: read your own profile identity.
• Analytics: report your follower count, how your posts and videos are performing (impressions, reactions, comments, reshares), and the size of your connections network.
• Posting: publish text or article posts, always as you and only as you. Posting requires a grant that explicitly opts into it.
• Company pages: publish posts as a LinkedIn page you administer. The agent asks for specific pages, you approve each one, and every approval is checked against LinkedIn to confirm you administer that page. An agent can never post to a page you did not approve.

Reading your feed, messaging, comments, listing your past posts, seeing who viewed your profile, company pages, and image posts are not available. If an agent claims it can read your LinkedIn feed or show your profile viewers, it is wrong.
